My perspective is also shaped by personal experience. I began my career in New Mexico after purchasing my first home before relocating to Austin in 2019. After buying my second home in 2020, I later navigated a strategic downsizing within the city. Going through those transitions myself deepened my understanding of the emotional, financial, and logistical layers that come with big change.
From early planning through negotiation, I help people navigate the many moving parts of buying and selling through a process shaped by years of experience across different markets and price points.
